About Terril Pile

I’ve spent more than 25 years in behavioral health, first with children and families and later with adults. Across all of that work, one thing has stayed clear: behavior makes sense when you understand what shaped it.

I hold a Master’s degree from Fordham University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut. I have extensive experience with clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, and I understand both their purpose and their limits.

I do not see people as broken. I see learned patterns shaped by stress, trauma, life experience, and socialization.

My work is about helping people understand those patterns so they can change them with awareness and intention.

To help people understand the patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can change with awareness, intention, and ownership.

Vision

A deeper way of understanding people and our behaviors—one that moves beyond labels and symptom management toward self-understanding, personal responsibility, and lasting change.
